«Nice try» — the first book of Sasha Kovaleva, published by Folio (Ukraine) — a meta modernistic research of nowadays human, the not-a-book about nowadays life, an existentialistic, but most importantly — absolutely ironical  search for a possibility to unite the monkey and the «paragon of animals with a divine spark» in a modern man, that finally turned into semantic breakdown.

«This is not a dramatic reading» — a collaboration with artificial intelligence composer, a multidisciplinary piece, that combines literature, videtart and AI music, written exclusively for the texts from the book. This collaboration became a «first contact» of two different species’ artists: a digital one — a Neural Network Musical BlockchainTM, and not yet a digital one — Sasha Kovaleva.

Musical BlockchainTM is a world’s first psychology-based AI Music Composer, that has no analogues in the world. It composes a music relevant to the Source of Inspiration, in this case – the videoart and pictures of the pages from the «Nice try». This music is composed through creating musical patterns and mathematical models for several CNNs, then used to create probabilistic graphical model of emotional markers to add human-like performer behavior.
